Jon West

Joining Thermatool in 1997 as a Customer Service Engineer Jon gained a deep technical knowledge of Thermatool products and induction tube and pipe processes having extensively travelled internationally to support customers in their facilities. He was responsible for ensuring customer equipment was running efficiently and built good relationships to add quality to the engineering service provided.

Promoted in 2004 to International Sales Manager for Thermatool, where he acquired his skills in Agent management, cultivated a deep understanding of foreign cultures and has been responsible for establishing new global markets.

Jon’s expertise provides peace of mind for his customers as he project manages equipment sales from initial enquiry to successful commissioning and beyond.

His foundations in building customer relations has been further advanced over the last 24 years and Jon is a recognisable, knowledgeable and respected figure in the industry and a member of the International Tube Association (ITA).
