We fully support our customers by providing a 24h telephone support service, 7 days a week. Meaning that whenever you need us, we are here for you. Customers can talk directly to a service manager 365 day a year.
One critical feature for all our equipment is to ensure maintenance can be carried out, on site by the company maintenance teams, which we further support by providing an on-site engineering training service. Due to the design of our equipment, many customer concerns can be solved quickly and efficiently over the telephone or via email. This ensures your equipment is up and running as quick as possible and reduces the need of an engineer site visit.
In the event where closer assistance is needed, depending on whether the equipment was supplied with the Ewon remote access package, we can make a diagnostic and suggested a remedy – if the issue cannot be solved remotely – we make plans for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to travel to site at the soonest availability.
