COVID-19 Statement

Message from the Managing Director:

“As the spread of Coronavirus and Covid-19 continues, we wanted to write to reassure you that the wellbeing of our Customers, Partners, Colleagues and all employees will be at the forefront of everything we do. We will of course continue to adhere strictly to Government advice, whilst remaining fully committed to providing an ongoing service to customers across all areas of our business.  And across all brands, Essential spares and Equipments are still manufactured and delivered, Service will be supported remotely, until such time as we can visit. Maintenance and Service schedules are being taken although likely to be rescheduled.

We are reviewing and monitoring developments continuously, and our approach will inevitably continue to evolve.

The UK situation is now obviously moving very fast. Our offices, Production and repair centres remain open and operational, supported by staff in Engineering and Production. We do have many staff working remotely so as to maintain the Business as Usual across all brands Thermatool, Radyne, Banyard, Newelco  You can continue to contact us as normal, and we will strive to continue to deliver the high levels of service you rightly expect.

Our internal policies are comprehensive and ensure that Inductotherm Heating & Welding employees receive up to date information covering travel, hygiene, attendance at meetings and interaction with customers, partners, colleagues and Supply Chain to minimise risks to all.  We welcome your enquiries, calls and communications.

During these challenging times we know that you will have many questions  – Do not hesitate to contact us through normal channels.

This has been an unusual start to the first quarter. We hope that with the right approach, any disruption to the longer term market and industry will be a short shock, rather than a lasting issue.

Our thoughts are very much with those who have been affected and continue to be affected by this virus around the world.

We recognise the effect to families as well as businesses and wish you and yours the very best in these difficult times

Regards

Wayne Hine

Managing Director
