Alan Mosdell

Alan started working for Inductotherm in 1982 progressing to become the Spares & Quality Manager in 1997. During his training in the early years Alan was a shop floor fitter which gives him a good understanding on how our equipment across all our brands is built, which he still brings to his role as the Spares Manager.

In 2000 Alan was one of the Inductotherm Heating & Welding team that went to Buckingham Palace to receive the “Queens Award for Export” from Queen Elizabeth II & the Duke of Edinburgh. Alan was also influential when the company achieved certifications in 2017 from the British Standards Institute (BSI) for the latest Quality standard ISO 9001:2015 a role that he continues today as the Quality Manager with a new focus on currently introducing the BSI certification for both Heathy and Safety & Environment.

As a member of the Senior Management Team with a broad understanding of our products and a popular figure at our main exhibitions Alan takes great pride in comprehending customers’ requirements and drives his team and the broader company to ensure the very best outcome’s, support, aftersales and spares delivery to our customers.
